Delivery Help

We currently only offer delivery in Gauteng at a flat rate of R350 including vat. We are constantly looking for new ways to grow and offer delivery services nation-wide. For the time-being we can only deliver close to our stores in order to offer a great price on your purchase, otherwise delivery costs will drive up the price of your purchase significantly.


Please note that we might experience delays in order processing during festive or holiday seasons due to high demand. Delivery may take an extra 3-4 business days.

We carry a wide range of products and we attempt to complete and ship orders as soon as possible and under normal circumstances, the order to dispatch time is 3-5 working days if stock is available.

If stock is not available and needs to be specially manufactured for you kindly allow 10-15 working days for delivery.  Delivery to major urban areas can take 5-10 working days

Returns Information

Before submitting a return, please feel free to contact us first to see if we might be able to assist in some other way.


All returns can be logged by email

1. General Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order if:
– The Item/s are damaged
– The wrong Item/s have been received
– Unwanted Item/s

Please note no soiled items will be accepted as returns

Heavenly Mattress will accept returns at our own costs provided that:
– The Item/s have not been used
– The Item/s are in their original packaging/sealed with all extras present
– The Item/s are damaged or the wrong Item/s have been received (See section .2)

Heavenly Mattress will not be liable for return shipping costs if:
– The Item/s are being returned as an unwanted item

If any of the above conditions are not met you will be responsible for shipping costs

2. Item/s that were displayed/described incorrectly or delivered in error

Item/s must be returned within 7 working days for a full refund or exchange. Bed Brothers will be liable for the shipping fees if the following conditions are met.
– The Item/s has not been worn/used
– The Item/s are in their original packaging with all extras present.
– The Item/s are not damaged/soiled

This process may take up to 8 working days. Should you be eligible for a refund, you will receive payment within 5-7 working days.

3. Items damaged in transit

Item/s deemed as damaged during transit must be reported and returned within 3 days of receiving your order.

Any Item/s that are damaged during transit will be returned at no cost to the customer and will be replaced. A refund may only be actioned should there be no stock to replace the damaged item.

Kindly note:

Should the damaged Item/s need to be replaced, it will be replaced for the same item ordered. Should there be no stock available, you will be offered a refund or store credit.

This process may take up to 8 working days. Should you be eligible for a refund, you will receive payment within 7-10 working days.


Please log your return request with us by email.

Once a return has been logged you will be notified of the shipping details thereafter. All items being returned must be inspected by Bed Brothers before an exchange or refund can be made.

Orders may be cancelled at any point during the checkout process before making payment. Once a payment has been made and your order has been marked as “Processing” you will have to wait to receive your parcel and then log a return. Please see 1. General Returns
